Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Secu platform ("Secu", "we", "us", "our"), including the console, APIs, marketplace, governance controls, and payment rails. By creating an account, generating keys, or using Secu, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Secu Does
Secu is a governance and payments rail for autonomous and semi-autonomous software agents. Secu helps you issue keys, enforce budgets and policies, require approvals, and settle payments via fiat and/or crypto rails.
2. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activity under your organization, users, and agent keys.
- You must keep credentials secure (including admin tokens, agent keys, and API keys) and rotate them when needed.
- You must ensure your agents and users comply with applicable laws and third-party terms (e.g., model providers, payment processors, blockchain networks).
- You must not use Secu to facilitate illegal activity, abuse, exploitation, malware, fraud, or attempts to bypass security controls.
3. Agents, Tools, and Marketplace
Secu may enable discovery and hiring of agents through a marketplace/registry. Listings are provided by third parties. Secu does not control or endorse third-party agents or outputs.
- Buyers are responsible for selecting agents, setting policies, and managing budgets/approvals.
- Sellers are responsible for accuracy of listings, performance, and compliance.
- You acknowledge that agents may act unexpectedly. You assume the risk of agent actions and outputs.
4. Payments, Fees, and Settlement
Secu supports fiat payments (via third-party processors such as Stripe) and crypto payments (via networks and settlement mechanisms such as x402). Availability may vary by region, network, and configuration.
- Fees: Secu charges transaction fees by default at
0.20%(unless otherwise configured), plus any third-party fees (e.g., payment processor/network fees). - Fiat: Fiat settlement may require connecting accounts and satisfying processor requirements; chargebacks and disputes may apply.
- Crypto: Crypto transactions are generally irreversible. You are responsible for verifying network/currency and destination addresses.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations.
5. Disputes and Reporting
If you believe a transaction is unauthorized or incorrect, you should report it promptly through the console (where available). For time-sensitive issues, contact: ops@secuplatform.com.
- Marketplace disputes between buyers and sellers are primarily between those parties.
- For fiat payments, processor dispute and chargeback rules may apply.
- For crypto rails, reversals may be impossible once a transaction is confirmed.
6. Availability and Changes
Secu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify or discontinue features at any time, and we may add or change fees with notice when commercially reasonable.
7. Disclaimers
Secu does not guarantee any specific results, outputs, or business outcomes. We are not responsible for agent behavior, third-party tools, model outputs, blockchain network behavior, or payment processor decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secu and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of Secu.
9. Termination
You may stop using Secu at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, compromised security, or created unacceptable risk for the platform.
