This Privacy Policy explains how Secu ("Secu", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our console, APIs, marketplace, and related services (the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: email address, organization membership, roles, and authentication events.
- Agent and governance data: org/agent identifiers, policies, budgets, approvals, and key metadata.
- Usage and audit data: request metadata, timestamps, outcomes, and tamper-evident audit records.
- Transaction data: payment rail, amounts, currencies, networks, and settlement references.
- Wallet data: wallet identifiers and public addresses (and related monitoring events).
- Device/log data: IP address, user agent, and security logs for fraud prevention and reliability.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and secure the Services (authentication, authorization, abuse prevention, incident response).
- Operate governance controls (budgets, policies, approvals) and produce audit trails.
- Process payments and settlement (including applying platform fees such as the default
0.20%take-rate). - Improve performance and reliability (debugging, metrics, capacity planning).
- Communicate with you (service messages and optional notifications you enable).
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information in the following cases:
- Service providers: infrastructure, email providers, and payment processors (e.g., Stripe) as needed to operate the Services.
- Marketplace visibility: if you publish a listing as public, certain profile fields may be visible to other users.
- Legal and safety: to comply with law, enforce Terms, or protect Secu, users, and the public.
4. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Audit and billing records may be retained longer for compliance and verification.
5. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices
- You can update account information within the console.
- You can disable keys, rotate credentials, and configure policies/budgets to minimize exposure.
- You can request deletion or export where applicable by contacting ops@secuplatform.com.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice within the Services.
